Wall mounting iCube 7" record boxes, units & racks:
Step 1: Drill pilot holes through rear panel - 2 per S150 and 4 per S300.
Step 2: Turn box, unit or rack over so rear panel is in upwards position. Place in desired position on wall and mark position through pilot holes.
Step 3: Drill into wall and insert 75-100mm wall plugs into each hole. Then attach box, unit or rack to wall by screwing through pilot holes and into wall plugs using 75-100mm screws. Please note: We strongly advise customers to employ a skilled handyman or builder to undertake this procedure.
Proper and correct 7" record maintenance and storage:
A 7" record collection requires proper storage and maintenance. 7" singles and 45s can fall victim to a variety of problems including improper storage, heat, sunlight, dust, scratches and the occasional cup of coffee! It doesn't matter how your store your singles or 45s if you don't keep them in a proper paper sleeve and carboard outer jacket. So, consider this your first step as these will protect your vinyl from dust and other dirt. 7" vinyl should always be stored in a vertical position - never leave your singles lying flat or in large piles on the floor and always avoid carrying them like this as it can cause a record to warp or become warped, leads to ring-wear and can damage the record cover artwork which in turn can significantly de-value collectable 7" vinyl singles and 45s. When it comes to storing, carrying and re-organising record collections it is vitally important to use a dedicated and professionally manufactured system.
